Hi this is emani *** I worked at the business for a month it was good at first but a couple days passed and I started to fill uncomfortable at this job sight and they were talking behind your back making things up so I would get fired and it was this girl name Gaby that worked there she didn't like me I didn't know the girl she would give me mean stares and talk about me to the other employees and I really didn't like that I really didn't talk to anyone there I kept my head down and just worked never said hi to anyone nothing and one day the girl Gaby said something to me and I didn't hear her and she just looked at me and walked off and told the HR which her name is ******* and after that I was just minding my business working on the orders and at the end of the day ******* and **** the floor managers wanted to talk to me and they told me they we are releasing you because of work athletic and I was like what I never did anything to no one never talked to no one how am I getting fired they didn't give me a reason they just said of work athletic and people coming to them and saying things about me which I said I never talked to them never had a conversation I was just there for work and I was upset about it I said some things yes and after that a couple days later pass the weekend came i received a message which was Saturday I have the screen shots if needed they were threatening me saying there going to do this and that to me and sending me pictures of where I stay and saying there going to hurt me and I never gave them my address never told them where I stay the only people that knew where the HR woman her name is ******* she gave out my personal business to the regular employee for no business related I never gave her permission to give out my information she gave my address to the employee name is Gaby I will like to take legal actions to resolve this situation I will not stand for this it is unprofessionalInitial Complaint

I started working for this company a month or so ago, things were fine until an associate named Gaby was picking on me such as handing things aggressively towards me, long stares, questioning me a lot on personal business of my own. I decided to do something about it and told my manager ******* and asked her if Gaby and me can sit down and have a mature conversation about this problem because I wanted to defuse it from escalating, she took it the wrong way and held a grudge and still picked on me. Last week on 5/9/22 she quit around ****pm (keep in mind this warehouse has favoritism and ******* and Gaby are close) at 3:59pm one minute before I was suppose to leave home she came to my table and asked me if I can go inside the conference room to speak to her. I agreed and she told me she will be letting me go because of things that were being said in the warehouse and the work ethic. I was upset and gave her an attitude and some things were said back and forth and I let it go after. Two days after I got terminated Gaby (the associate who has been picking on me) texted me harassing me and no one else knows my personal information but *******. I know ******* gave my phone number to her and my living home address because I got another number texting me threats, gun pictures, harassment because she just doesnt like me. I dont know her or anything decides her name Gaby. I want to file a complaint on this company because I never gave consent for ******* to give my personal information out to anyone in there and no one else knows where I live or my personal information or life. This is very unprofessional and needs to be fixed. Cailtin needs to get fired, so with Gaby because the company should not have anyone on the team who isnt professional and who is putting others at risk and the owners dont know anything about it and the owners as well have favoritism. This is unsafe and unprofessional and Im scared for my life. These pictures are Gabys family threatening me.
