            Unit is 5 years old hasn't worked properly in 3 years. Repeated services calls 50% of which were no shows by company even though I have had to take off work EVERY TIME Stated unit would be REPLACED today. Showed up with NO UNIT stayed 15 minutes stated again no replacement needed. Mini split units have a life of approximately 20 years but this unit lasted 2. Company refuses to properly service or replace defective unit. Unit purchased for my mothers who is 90 and disabled and living in a house with NO AIR because unit DOES NOT WORK. Unit is heat/air NEITHER works. Air is no cooler than a house fan. In fact my house fan is cooler.
