On 7/20/2022 EcoShield came by the house stating they could treat for nats, fleas, **************** So my husband paid them ****** for this. They came out when I got home from work and said they only treat for spiders, I said we wanted the fleas ticks and nats sprayed. They did not do this they dusted for only spiders. My husband called them the next day stating they did not treat for the item he was told to cancel the contract they told him he had to pay ****** to cancel. Since the spider are 5 times worse then they were. I called them today now its been 23 days they told me I cant cancel and I have to pay them ****** more. I said the spiders are really bad and I can use home defense and spray myself. I told her they do not have permission to run the credit card and they should cancel the service due to the misleading practice when they stated they could do all the bugs we requested and only dusted for spiders. She offered ***** off the next visit, I told her I do not want them on my property ever again since they told us 1 thing and did another. They should refund the ****** we paid and cancel all remaining 3 visits. I understand these are collage kids but they should not stat 1 thing and do another. they came from ******************************************************** ************. She hung up on me when I said they should cancel the service they have left this goes against the consumer protection rules or I will file a complaint with the BBB.Initial Complaint

EcoShield came by the house stating they could get rid of the spiders, fleas, ticks and nats.2 days later my husband called them stating the spiders were worse then ever and they never treated for any of the other bugs as requested, they told him he could not cancel without paying ****** more dollars to cancel. When they came to the house 7/20/2022 they only treated for spiders. Near as I can tell as a consumer we have the right to cancel for the misleading information they said they were going to treat, yet did not treat it has been less then 30 days since the date they came to the house. They should issue us a credit for the ****** my husband paid them and cancel the contract. the office that came to our house is out of *****************. *********************************************************** ************. When I called today the customer service rep hung up on me when I said I would file a complaint with BBB and they had no right to charge another ******. ThanksInitial Complaint

Home shield has a home warranty with me for some years my hot water heater has been broken in early August they will not honor my contract they lie about coming I take care of a ninety year old lady need my hot water with COVID 19 we have no hot water they need to return all my money
