I was a member of Elements massage in ******* from 7/27/2018 until July of 2022 with 12 unused sessions. The Wheaton location moved to Bloomingdale in which I was told I could still use my remaining sessions. Each session is $79 which has been paid by me, totaling $948.00. I canceled my membership due to scheduling conflicts. The dates and time I requested were not available to me. They would then advise to place my account on hold and remain an active member several times. This method was no longer working so my only option was to cancel. I attempted to resolve this issue with the corporate's manager; The only solution they provided was to reinstate 4 sessions. Which leaves me $632.00 short. I am requesting they reinstate all 12 sessions or provide me a full refund. I paid for services not provided to me. I was a member of Elements Massage in *******. At the end of February, 2023 ******* closed. At that time I signed a form to stop monthly automatic payments. I was charged again in February. I was told by the closing ************** that I could transfer my membership to the Bloomingdale location. If I decided to continue there I could use the credit on my account for the times I did not get my monthly massage or I could decide not to continue and get a full refund. I decided not to continue, filled out a form that was sent to me. Submitted the form and have followed up by multiple phone calls that either weren't answered or I was told the manager wasn't in, but the message would be passed along. I have also sent follow up email with no answer. To date I can get no response from them and have not gotten refunded the amount owed me.Business response

Multiple attempts to contact customer failed. Received call from customer on August 18th and verified address and issued check refund.
