Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We value all feedback and take customer concerns seriously.
Regarding the complaint from *********************, we have thoroughly reviewed the situation. The order in question was placed on July 10th and confirmed by the customer through direct communication with our team. The order was promptly processed and shipped.
Our records, including IP addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses, confirm that the information matches the customers profile, messages, and purchase. It also matches the contact information the customer used to submit this ******************** complaint.
Despite our attempts to reach out further, we have not received any response. The only communication attempted by the customer remains the single communication requesting confirmation their purchase was placed successfully.
To provide additional assurance, we have attached the full **** delivery confirmation, which verifies that the package was delivered successfully. We have also included related info and verification.
We are committed to resolving any issues and invite the customer to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to request a return or more information. We have a 98% customer support rating and ***** can use the identical method used previously to contact us. It can be viewed directly at ***********************************************************

Did not deliver the product I ordered and will not issue a refund after contacting them several times over the past month. They keep delaying and blaming the post office.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us. This issue was resolved almost 2 months ago, but we are happy to provide additional details in case the customer missed our communications. There have been no additional attempts to reach us by the customer in almost 2 months.
When we were notified nearly a month after the purchase that the customer's package had not arrived, we immediately submitted a location request with ***** We also communicated to the customer what the location request does, how long it takes, and that we were happy to reship or refund their order once **** completed the request.
Within 24 hours of **** notifying us the package could not be retrieved, we refunded the customer's order in full on 3/2/23. The customer was notified via 3 different emails as well as the help desk on our website.
Attached Documentation includes:
Order record showing the refund has been completed in full.
RMA Return record showing it has been completed and refunded in full.
Merchant credit card transaction record showing the transaction was refunded in full.
This was resolved promptly for the customer and refunded almost 2 months ago. No further action is required.Thank you
