              The contractor failed to execute the contract even after photographs sent via text message and a walk through with a supervisor was conducted. The house and garage was not properly washed. The house and garage was not properly scarped. Caulk was not applied where necessary. Two coats of paint were not applied to the home and garage. Several areas were identified where a single coat of paint or no paint at all was applied. The contractor stated they would return and correct deficiencies. The contractor was non responsive for several weeks. I finally contacted the contractor asking for a refund of the deposit due to the failure by the contractor to preform the work in the contract. A few weeks later a contractor employee showed up and walked in the backyard with no notice and he was asked to leave. Another contractor has been engaged to complete the job.

              My wife and I were very happy with our entire experience with CertaPro. They sent a rep to our house to survey the work that we were requesting and gave us an estimate early in the process, which turned out to be very accurate. Another rep stopped by and helped us choose from an incredibly large number of options for color schemes. The painters were very friendly and kept us informed throughout the process, which included some repairs to the surface before beginning, followed by a complete spray washing job, and then a very professional paint job. Afterward, they did a complete walk-through with us to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of their work. We were very pleased with the final product, and would recommend this crew to anyone.
