Nature of Dispute: On April 24, 2023, we reached out to the owner (*****) with issues we had with the DJ he provided for our wedding. He stated he was going to talk to the DJ to get his side of the story. He verified he would contact me after speaking to our DJ. He has not reached out to me since this first conversation and has not responded to recent follow up texts. DJ was not at the wedding rehearsal the night before. This was not communicated to us that they would not be a part of the rehearsal until we asked about it the week prior. Issues we had with the DJ were: A list of music was provided directly to the DJ around 4-7-23. There were gaps in the music as the wedding party walked down the aisle along with playing the wrong songs during the processional. We asked the DJ if we could provide him with our ******* playlist for cocktail hour and dinner music instead of writing it all out. As a result of the DJ not telling us he did not have ******* Premium, there were ads playing during the cocktail hour and dinner music. The audio was not good. Could not hear/understand the DJ when he was making announcements. Music almost too loud and hard to make out the songs. He would not take song requests from wedding party and guests even though we had given permission for song requests. Songs were re-mixed music and not the actual songs we wanted. Guests were noticing the issues with the music and commenting on it as well as how the DJ would not accept song requests. We do not feel the services met the standards of what we paid for. The business has not responded to us to try to resolve any of these issues.
