Our Air conditioner unit went out. We contacted our Home Warranty Company who provided us with Art's Heating and Cooling information. We had used the company before with good success so chose to use them again. Upon Mr. *******s inspection he noted the unit had to be replaced. He explained to my husband that the warranty company would likely not cover the full cost. We did not find this to be untrue as we have replaced our water heater and we were responsible for a portion of it. After multiple phone calls to the owner we have yet to receive an invoice or warranty information for the new unit. I contacted the Warranty company who also shared they did not receive anything from him either. I believe he may have scammed us because we continue to reach out to him but haven't received anything from him. He sent two text messages stating he would send me an invoice in the mail but has not to date. He verbally agreed the day of the transaction that he would also make sure to leave the invoice on the porch where he picked up the check. I would like to receive a receipt and the warranty information. He may need to be investigated as his practice seems to lack integrity. He picked up and cashed the check almost immediately. He also responded promptly when it concerned the payment.
