on May 31st **** and ****** came out to stain my shed after hounding them for a straight month to come out to my location/home. They get there and **** advise the stain that I purchased in advance was not the correct stain even though a month prior during the preliminary estimate he inspected the stain I bought & had no problem with it. So, I'm pressured to pick a color of the dime, which later I hated after it dried. So, when they started, they sand it down but didn't power wash it as my paperwork stated. So, when you look at the final project there is debris all in the stain throughout the shed. I stopped them in the mist stating that the color was looking more orange than brownish. They said when dry it will look darker. On May 23rd their carpenter put up the new shed wall towards the garage, in which he had to remove my shed gutter to put it up. They also had him come out on May 31 to put wood above to close a gap in which now I can't even open my shed now it's jammed because their carpenter put it to close, and they knew it before they left. But I didn't find out until after it was dry. I called them immediately, s/w **** told him about all the issues. He advised he would be out the next day or the next following. I waited but he never showed, so I called him again. He confirmed again that he would be out that week, but never showed. Called the same # again this time ****** answered- he said he had no clue about my issues he requested I text pictures and that he would be out that week. No one showed. I called the same number time **** answered this time he was so rude I asked why no one had been out. He said he's home to call Dustin, I'm like what's his number he said you should have it you talked to him last when you called. I replied saying yes and this was the number I dialed he said that was impossible and that this was his personal phone avoiding me. There is missing stain, stain on my gutters and rocks. the wood the carpenter used was no good splinter
