All Seasons Roofing put a roof on my house they were payed everything was good about 11 monthes later I noticed the ridge cap was starting to come apart. I contacted them, they said the would gladly come fix it and put me on the list. After 2 weeks or so with no response I called back and told them I had called about a repair and they said they apologized the person who was answering the phones at the time of my first call was no longer with the company and she had left them a mess. I said no problem I just want the ridge cap fixed before winter. She said she would put me on the list for a repair but they are a couple weeks out on repairs. I said that was good with me. Again after 2/3 weeks I still hadn't heard anything. I called today to see what was going on and the lady who identified as the owners wife told me that she has no records of me calling and I would have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. I explained to her everything about this being the third time I called and she pretty much called me a liar. I told her I was contacting the BB and she said go ahead. I just want them to come fix the job they had done. I have attached photos.Initial Complaint

We had our roof replaced last summer by All Seasons roofing. We had hail damage but never had a single leak prior to the replacement. The main issue is now we have a leak that is causing damage and also black mold. Several phone calls and voicemails as well as an email have resulted in zero follow up from the company. I did get someone to answer on one of the calls and she said Jared (believe she said he was a manager) would come out to take a look and call first but we never heard back. The water damage is increasing and so is the amount of black mold. Their ability to not followup and cover their workmanship as outlined in their contract is unacceptable. I'm not sure how to proceed other than here. They were paid in full after completion of roof.
