      I purchased an item in August 2023 that stopped working after limited use. They sent a replacement in March 2024 that failed immediately-- no uses at all. Would not power on. They sent me two faulty products and then refused to refund or replace, instead, I got a gift card for 2/3rds the price of the original item. The value of which does not cover the cost of any of the items in store. I would just like a refund at this point. I am so frustrated by this company.

      I purchased two items on 2/16/24. The first item shipped 2/19/24. A month later, on 3/19/24, the second item hadnt shipped and I requested to cancel because it was part of a gift that was long past due and couldnt be gifted. Its been over a month. I reached out and they said it couldnt be refunded because it had been shipped. It had not at that email time. THEN I received an email the next day saying it was shipped. I asked when it was shipped, and they said March 20, so they couldnt cancel and refund. Policy is that orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded due to their type of product, however its because they ship immediately and they hadnt shipped yet and even agree they hadnt shipped yet, and now I dont have the product, its somewhere coming to me, they wont take it back, and they knew they could cancel and chose not to.

      I placed an order as a Christmas gift way back in December. Its March and I still didnt get the product. *** asked for a refund but they dont issue refund only credit. I dont want to deal with them anymore why would I need a credit.

      I am rejecting this response because: I received the product last week. they send me broken product. They just send me something just to resolve issue even if the product is damaged and not working. I tried reaching out but they havent responded. Thanks very much for your help,

      I previously made a complaint- ID ********- but the merchant did not respond. They did however contact my credit card company and I now have been charged for items I bought by mistake and RETURNED.After seeing an instagram advertisement for a free product from this merchant, I subscribed to their emails. After receiving multiple advertisements for discounted and free products I decided to shop on my phone. I accidentally put two of the same items in my cart. I mistakenly believed I was ordering one item and that the item was free. After inputting credit card info, expecting to review next, the transaction was made without any option for review!I realized the mistake immediately and that I had ordered two of the same thing. I immediately (within minutes) contacted the company via email. The only contact option the company gives is through email, not phone. The terms and conditions were supposedly at the bottom of the checkout page, however, a glitch on my phone caused an overlap of print and covers up the option to see the terms and conditions. (The no refund policy is buried deep in their T&C.) The responding email said they could not cancel my order and they offer no refunds even for mistake. I had multiple correspondence with them and they would not work with me, instead they went ahead and shipped the identical items many days later. I immediately returned the unopened products back to them.The have provided me no way to remedy my mistake. I am temporarily unemployed and cannot afford the $149 mistake. Although my previous complaint with BBB was ignored by this company, they have fought me and my attempt to dispute this charge with my credit card co. I have been charged $149.00 for 2 identical products, that I bought by mistake, and that I RETURNED, unopened.This company/merchant is set up for these mistakes and does nothing to mitigate the chance of this continuing to happen to innocent consumers.

      The customer placed their order using our promotion code DEC6 (please see attached promotion marketing poster). As listed clearly in the marketing, the AirVibe Pro is free on orders $149+. As you can see from the attached overview of the customers order, the customer purchased two AirVibe Pro's. This means that they received the additional AirVibe Pro for FREE since they reached the $149+ threshold by adding the first to their cart.

      In addition, our company policies are listed transparently on our site. Due to our quick warehouse turnaround times, we do not guarantee order cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. This was explained to the customer by our Care team via email and again during the dispute process. 

      The customer has received both items successfully via ***** Unfortunately, due to the level of intimacy of our items (sex toys) we do not allow for returns. Again, this policy is listed on our site and attached to this response.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1) The business gives no option to review the order before processing the credit card. If it did, I would have caught the mistake and not completed the order.

      2) I reached out immediately. The defense that orders are simultaneously packaged and shipped is impossible and evidenced by the fact that it took days for the item to ship.

      3) The terms and conditions are hidden on the site, and a consumer has to read until page six before finding the return policy within the terms and conditions.

      4) **** "Returned to Sender" the unopened package. The package was never opened and was returned. The business has the items but still refuse to refund.

      5) This merchant is choosing to fight consumers rather than resolve issues, and is demonstrating unethical business practices. Multiple reviews online show consumers labeling this merchant as a "scam" and "scammers" and warn other consumers not to purchase from it. Unfortunately, I did not see these reviews until seeking remedy for this issue. I will go to the *** next in hopes of preventing further consumer fraud and abuse.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As their own screenshot shows, the minimum requirement to purchase using the coupon referred to was $69, not $149. This supports my assertion that the purchase of TWO of the same items for more than the cost required was an accident.

      Furthermore, I admit I made a mistake and should have been more careful making this order, not assuming I would be able to review my order before being charged, and searching for and through the terms and conditions, to page six, where their refund policy is found.

      However, this merchant is abusing its power over the consumer and is taking advantage of mistakes for monetary gain. Its policies and practices are not transparent. They are unethical and I am not satisfied with their refusal to remedy my and other consumer complaints.

      The purchase occurred on 12/25/2023 around 11 pm, and the unwanted purchase cost $63.80 after taxes. I carefully selected all the products I wanted to purchase, went to the checkout to review my items and the cost, entered my address and payment information, and submitted my order. Just after I hit submit, an offer popped up that I will admit I misread and mistakenly clicked to accept. As soon as I realized my mistake, I tried to cancel my order. I attempted to cancel less than 5 minutes after I placed the order. However, there is no way to alter your order after it is submitted, and there was no confirmation that I wanted to purchase this additional item after mistakenly accepting the offer. They just charged me. Since it was nearly midnight on the 25th and there was no option to cancel, I reached out, and they told me when they finally responded that since it had been processed, there was no way to alter my order. Once the product leaves their warehouse, it would technically be used and, therefore, not resalable or refundable. I contacted them well before any package could have left their warehouse. They could have fixed my order and refunded my money before shipping it. They didn't do that; they kept telling me that I was accepting to purchase that item by accepting the offer. I have never had that on any online site. Having it pop up after I submitted payment for the items I wanted and automatically charging me for it was sneaky and underhanded. I want a refund for this unwanted purchase, and I want them to fix their website, so this doesn't happen to someone else.

      False advertisingtheir social media posts and product FAQ say one thing, but then the product arrives and its not true. No customer service support despite the incorrect information coming directly from them. They censor product reviews and wont post anything even remotely critical, even if its honest. Ive submitted 6+ honest reviews that I dont love the product, rating it 2.5 stars. None were posted. I wrote a fake 5 star review saying I loved it, and that went right up. **************** claims all reviews are posted which clearly isnt true

      I was shopping on Bellesa when an order was charged to my card. I was messaging someone on a message box asking why my cart had blanked out and thats when I got charged. I did NOT complete my order or approve of it. You be sent multiple emails and have not been answered. With screenshots to show the white out. I then reached out on Instagram and was told cant do anything its already shipped. Even tho it had not at that time gone out. This occurred at 7:55 pm on the 30th. Screenshots arent allowed on here so I cant show you the 7 emails Ive sent. I want a refund. I did NOT order this.
