Incompetence. Defensive with regard to the incompetence. Merlin focused on making unnecessary and extremely costly repairs to my car that were not necessary, required, nor asked for. The one repair that was required and asked for--was botched due to the incompetency of the company. I had my car towed to Merlin on a Thursday afternoon. Two days later, I was told that my car was repaired and ready for pick up..I drove the car for one day--and quickly realized that my car had not been repaired, I took the car back to Merlin. The company was unable to diagnose/repair their mistakes Merlin was forced to send the car to the dealer (Ford)--where it was promptly diagnosed and repaired, Merlin offered no compensation for the extra 1-1/2 weeks that my car was at their company--and dealer for repair,.I was forced to rent a car/uber to get to my job. The cost of the car rental/uber--in conjunction with the high price of gas was exorbitant. This was in addition to the $5,000.00 price tab that Merlin charged for the work they "performed" on a 2018 Ford---that was incorrectly done.This terrible story entails much more, however, time and space do not allow me to continue. Suffice it to say--that I would NEVER AGAIN take my car to Merlin in ***********,**. It has an "F" rating on the BBB website for good reasons. Avoid.
