    I pay $40 for a monthly car wash pass. I contacted customer support through their online portal on 12/4/23 requesting that as of January 4th **** to cease any and all deductions from my bank account. My membership was paid for the period of 12/04/23 - 01/04/24. On 12/5/23 when I arrived at the location the my pass was not scanning at the entry gate for me to get a car wash. Employee came and looked said my pass was cancelled. I inquired how that could be as the money was taken from my bank acct on 12/4/23, and I was paid up till 1/4/24. The employee said the Manager Ativ was on vacation and no one could assist me and I should contact online support. I contacted online support 4 times, never received a reply back. I went to the car wash 4 or 5 additional times during those attempts, the gate would not open any of those times. Employees could not help, and I was told the manager would be back from vacation on Thurs after the holidays, I took a half day of work to go to the location, to find out he wouldn't be in till Friday. I took another half day of work on Friday, finally talked to Ativ, who told me I used the service, I explained how the gate wont open. He took my info said he was going to talk to his manager to get me a refund, walked me to the gate, where I showed him it does not open for me. He agreed their was an issue and gave me a free wash to make up for the issues. Its been 3 weeks I've never heard back from Ativ. I just want my $40 back and to never do business with this place again.

    I've used this company for many years for oil change services and had no problem up until a recent experience. The oil lube company keeps changing their business names from Damask or ****** to Rainstorm Car Wash & Lube. Here's my complaint, I received an oil change on January 16, 2023 and on March 23, 2023 oil leaked out of my car as I was traveling on the expressway in *******, ** my car started losing power and I quickly pulled over on the shoulder, spuddering, I tried to start up my car and no response. I got my car towed to a mechanic shop. The mechanic evaluated my car the next day and the result was the plug was came a loose. I reached out to Rainstorm Car Wash & Lube in ***********, ** where I had my oil service done and filled out an incident report, submitted pictures of my car, and emailed estimates from a couple of mechanic shops. The response from Rainstorm seemed to move under body, and the communication was very quick until May 4, 2023. It is now June 11, 2023 as I typed out this complaint. I received the last email communication from Rainstorm as it was an Incident Claim / release letter. The letter included the amount Rainstorm are willing to pay to get my car fix.. Me and my dad followed up multiple times since 5/4/2023. The disclaimer letter seemed very plain. There were no letterhead and no contact information. I researched for the main office on ****** and was told by *********** location the office is located in the **************** in which I couldn't find Rainstorm . I need help on how to get this resolved. The manager at the *********** location indicated he called to owner or whomever in charge to handle this type of claim. We asked the manager, can we have the contact info and he doesn't have it as he relays our information to the manager/owner. What shall I do when we don't know who to call?.
