On 03-18-22 at 10:52am I bought a #1 combo meal from Burger King located at 331 ******************** in *********** **, I paid $11.76 for this meal before pulling up to the window I was asked if I want two cookies for a dollar? My answer was I sure do. In the drive thru I pulled up to the window paid for my food got my food and my debit card back when the burger king employee started yelling at me that she's only doing her job!! I don't need to yell at her! (At this point I'm in shock) after employee #1 gets done yelling another employee stick's her head out the window and yells at me! Obviously they have the wrong person or the intercom is broke, I told both employees I don't know what they're talking about, and if I can speak to a manager? The manager is employee#1, I told her it's no use talking to her since she just yelled at me. Also the store screwed up the order I said no cheese no bacon there was extra cheese on the burger! At this point I was beyond able to physically eat lunch because the rude employees got me to upset to eat. I have called Burger King corporate twice already each time they said a manager from Burger King will contact me, that never happened.
