August 18th, 2023, My head gasket blew in my 2011 Ram 2500HD. I took my truck to Metro Fuel Injection to have them fix it. They said there was a Crack in the head of my motor. Supposedly they sent it out to get Machined cut (Which would fix the crack). I took the truck back thinking it was all repaired.On February 8th, 2024 My head gasket blew again, I took it back to them in hopes they would warranty it, however, they found a small pinhole in a pipe attached to the head gasket. The mechanic said that's the cause of the head gasket going again. I took the truck back thinking it was all repaired. April 27th, 2024 the truck started overheating again. I brought it to a different mechanic and he said it was most likely the head gasket and it should not go this many times. He asked for the paperwork showing what Metro Diesel repaired.I have reached out to Metro Diesel and have asked for the paperwork multiple times but they never contacted me back. They have yet to produce any paperwork proving the head gasket was repaired. They said they sent it to another shop because they cannot do machine cutting, which is essential information to have. I hope that I can have help getting that paperwork and getting my money back. Each time I paid in full for services rendered.To date, I have given Metro Diesel $7,959.19. Since my truck continues to have issues and I have been unable to get proof that the work was done, I would like a full refund. I now have to bring it to another mechanic to have it repaired.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with the invoice from the machine shop. It does not have the name of the machine shop on it, does not indicate how much the machine shop shaved off the head, if it was mag tested or pressure tested, and nothing about the valves seals or springs. The reasoning for the head to continue to fail is not due to the deletion of the truck. The first time the head gasket failed was caused from a metal coolant pipe that was not caught until the second time. They charged me again for a new head gasket however the head was compromised due to overheating so the metal was weak and the head gasket was bound to fail faster. The repairs made did not last a full year. If the job was done correctly this should have been a one time fix.
