      They dont allow there workers to get a break they only get a lunch and make them stay over 8hrs with no break only a 30min lunch But its the facility in ******** they have one in *********** ** and one in Lockport ** they are not following guidelines of their employees. NO BREAKS ONLY A 30min Lunch

      Every since they purchases TSF and TSC, S&S Activewear's customer service is the worst! It seems they know our options for wholesale apparel is limited so they can treat customers (long-term, consistent customers) terribly.

      Delays... Delays... Delays... First they blamed *** when the order never left the warehouse. Next, they blamed covid. Then, it was due to Amazon opening a facility in the same complex & taking their employees. Now it's because they are busy. It's been excuse after excuse after excuse for atleast the last 3 to 4 years & yet, it's still stated on their site: "If you place your order before 4:00 p.m. local time, we'll ship your order that same day." But, it never goes out same day. They tell you to order as early as possible & it still doesn't go out.Anytime you contact them for answers, you only get the same tracking number you already have, answers you already know & that's when you're not getting 6 different answers for your 1 question. I bring up the same day shipping & I'm then told shipping is an estimate & not a guarantee. Isn't having on your site, "If you place your order before 4:00 p.m. local time, we'll ship your order that same day" a guarantee???I placed an order on Wednesday morning. I was told it would be delayed & arrive today 10/7/22 & now I'm being told that same order will now arrive on Monday 10/10/22. This is stuff for orders that were supposed to go out on 10/6, 10/7, 10/8 & 10/10. I then had to explain to my customers why they aren't getting their orders when I did the right thing & ordered with plenty of time for it to arrive. How is this ok?What was the excuse for their delays before covid? How is it the shippers fault when the package never leaves the warehouse? I don't doubt ***** has slowed production down, but I've had the same type of delays before the pandemic & I get 6 different answers anytime I contact them for any information. Disgusting & unacceptable!

      I DO NOT recommend. I placed an order on 09/14/22. It stated that the estimated delivery date was 09/15 and then sent an email that it would actually be 09/16...Today is 09/27/22 and I still haven't received my order. The order was due out to my customer by 09/22/22. I had to SCRAMBLE to place an order with another vendor to get it done. I contacted them today and was told that I could ask for a refund tomorrow - 14 days later. Truly an awful experience.

      S&S has a policy of place the order by 4pm and it goes out the same day. I have complained to customer service over and over about not shipping on time. Friday 9/16/22 I place an order @ 2pm, with a customer service rep, that I need shipped NEXT DAY AIR SATURDAY DELIVERY. The shipping charges alone were almost $300. The promised me that we would have it Saturday before 3pm. I didn't receive tracking info till after 9pm. the next morning I tried tracking the package and *** has no record of the package. I hoped that it was a glitch with *** I called over and over and was told by a CSR that that they have to have a package before 7pm to ship NEXT DAY AIR. So S&S never shipped the package as promised! this cost my company a $3123.34. We had t logo to 7 different retailers to get material and since they told me that the material could arrive as lat as 3pm, I ended up paying employees double time to get this job done.On Monday I called and asked to speak with a CS Manager and was refused to be transferred. the "claimed" that someone would call me back. 36 hours later I get a call from my inside sales person, not a manager, and she tried to blame *** the fact was they didn't ship till Monday and it showed up Tuesday Afternoon. We are a 1 day ship from S&S I looked up our account and over the last 3 months they average 3 days to get product to us out of 13 orders 5 showed up when promised. that's a 62% failure rate. I'm being generous by offering a 1 star.

      Their customer service is horrible. The managers could care less if you continue to do business with them or not. They stated that they are currently telling customers that they should give their packages 14 days for arrival since the pandemic! When I asked that they simply confirm that my package was actually shipped, as *** shows otherwise, I was told they had no way to communicate with the warehouse. They reasoned that they are in a completely different state. I then suggested to the representative that maybe she could use the phone and call them. The bottom line is that they don't care enough to do so. The manager indicated that she sent an email but followed with, she knows they are probably drowning in emails. It is time to move on.

      We sincerely apologize for this interaction; it is not appropriate or common. We realize the ice storm caused many delays and was frustrating for everyone involved.       The customer service of this company is absolutely appalling. I have been a screen printer and graphic tee decorator for 5+ years in the industry. Was recently kicked out of my account and told to call customer service. I answered all questions regarding my account, resubmitted all tax paperwork and information that they requested. However, because I do not have an actual website that I sell from With actual pictures from customers wearing in my merchandise, I was denied rather rudely an account. I spoke to three different customer service associates over email and phone and I will never give this company my business again. This company needs to train their employees in better practices. I have never felt so ashamed to be a small business owner in my life. I was demeaned, chastised and basically denied an account even after submitting everything because I dont have a website. I do believe there is a word for this, discrimination. Discrimination. Discrimination. I am a proud business owner, who provides a wonderful service to several businesses and customers. You are losing business because of your horrible practices.
