Elevations Landscaping is contracted by neigboring HOA to manage their landscaping. My home borders townhomes in this HOA. I installed a black aluminum fence surrounding my backyard in summer of 2020. Elevations landscaping's employees damaged the fence right away while mowing grass. When we reached out to Elevations someone answered the phone and took our complaint down and promised that someone will call us back. We never received a call back and after that no one ever answered our calls and no ever returned our calls. In summer of 2021 our fence was damaged again and much more severely by employee's of Elevations landscaping. This time around they took our call and someone named **** showed up to check the damage. They initially asked us to get an estimate for repairs and promised that they would write a check so we can go ahead with the repairs. Fencing company, we had used to install the fence , gave an estimate of $1850 for repairs. Upon hearing the price an employee named **** reached out to us and said they will take care repairs using their own people because our estimate was too high. This conversation happened in July 2021 and we agreed to let them get it done as long as it got done in a reasonable time frame. They gave 10 different dates for when the repairs would happen before someone finally showed up in late August with 3 fence panels to replace the damaged ones. They had underestimated the work needed to finish the repairs and did not have all the raw materials and tools needed. Since then **** has given 5 more dates including October 31st when the repairs were supposed to be completed but nobody ever shows up and there is no communication from them unless we reach out to them. Most of the conversation has been conducted over cellphone which I have saved on my phone. I have tried very hard to work with them on this but they don't seem to care.Initial Complaint

HOA and the management company contracts them to do landscaping for the neighborhood. On 8/4/22 between 9 am and 5 pm, they were cutting weeds surrounding my A/C unit. They cut the power cable going into the A/C unit, shredded the insulation padding for the coolant pipe. We noticed this when we arrived home from dinner, and the unit was ****** warm. We investigated and noticed the damage. We attempted to contact the ******************* but they were reluctant to assist, until late the day. We contacted the landscaping company and left a voicemail, with no response.Business response
