      Upon visiting the nail salon for services, after being in loyal/client for several years; I was confronted by *****, who then complained about my arrival and about the style I wanted for my nails. She then took out her frustration on me by injuring my finger, causing it to bleed, showing no empathy or any apology. She then refused to give me medical assistance, tending to my cut, and instead complained that it was because I was late arriving to my appointment even though I was within my grace ******* She also spoke on behalf of another employee by the name of ****** who was doing my pedicure. She then discriminated against me by saying that he or her wouldn't be able to service me anymore and I wouldn't be allowed into the nail salon again.

      The customer had been coming to our nail salon for several years. Every time she came to do her service, she was never happy with her services. We have always tried our best to give her the best service as we can. We want our customers to be happy as they walk out *********. However, the customer was never satisfied with her service everytime for all the years that she had been with *********. No matter what we do, we provided her the best service as we could, but the customer still didnt satisfied with the service. So finally, we had told her that we appreciated her business for many year, and only asked her if she could tried somewhere else that can give her better service.

      Regarding to the refund that the customer requested, we cannot issue the refund back. We did our best to complete the full services that she had asked us.
