Visited this location on Thursday, August 16th, 2024. I was appalled at the HORRIBLE management and no security. A 3 year old boy got on top of my daughter, pulled her hair, and scratched her to the point of her face being bruised and cuts on her fingers/ face. Thankfully, a woman was at the top of the stairs and saw this. She had to pull the boy off of my daughter to get him to stop.My daughter was petrified. She was clinging to me and saying, the boy hurt her. She had nightmares that kept her up all night after this happened.There were no workers around to help me, and the manager was in her office when I finally found her. The manager told me she needed to hear both sides of the story even though she saw how afraid my daughter was and saw the wounds on her body. I asked about cameras, and the manager told me There are no cameras going up the steps to the slide, so she couldnt be sure what happened.When my daughters dad got to this place, he was upset and worried about his daughter. He came in angry and confronted the parents of the boy. The family members of the boy jumped up and darted at us. The manager at Hyper Kidz Bolingbrook was no help, and she actually told US to leave, not the family of the boy who hurt our daughter. The mother of the boy actually asked what my daughter did to make him do that Unbelievable. I also told the manager I wanted to file a police report, and she told me I had to leave and call the police outside.Please think twice before taking your child to Hyperkidz. With the way the manager handled this situation, I wouldnt feel comfortable bringing my daughter here ever again.Initial Complaint

Our hosts will work hard for you. Need something? Just ask! Nature of dispute: Services not rendered as described - not even close. Please see attachments for more details. Attempted resolution: The Customer Experience Manager **** called me yesterday and said the best they can do is a 15% refund. This is not sufficient. We are seeking a 75-100% refund.
