Hello, on the evening of Dec 24th between the hours of 6:30-8:30 I placed a to go order at this restaurant I ordered my food and I ordered a smoothie. I sent my 13yr old daughter in to pick up our food, first off I was charged for things I didnt ask for, on top of that the virgin smoothie I ordered had alcohol in it not only did my daughter drink it, but it caused her stomach to be upset & vomit. I reached out to the restaurant manager immediately, he said he would talk to the employee and watch the video. I requested for the owner to contact me about this matter or whoevers in charge, havent heard anything from anyone. I called the restaurant back and spoke with the same manager again and asked if he could save the video footage of that night, he begin to act like he couldnt speak English, we got disconnected, I immediately called back and no answer multiple times. My under age child was sold alcohol. I rather file this complaint here before taking this matter further and hopes of getting this resolved.
