On Saturday February 3, 2024 I went to this bar to see a live band (Hairbangers Ball) and was charged a cover charge of $12.00 to enter, I was with a couple other friends we ordered food, drinks and at the end of the night we ordered food to take home only to realize when we got the bill we were both charged a 20% service charge and then taxed and also upon further looking at my bill I was charged $25.99 for a double cheeseburger WTH I didn't realize I was eating at ************************************************ Burger in *********, why was I charged so much for a double cheeseburger I'm thinking so I looked at a menu and a regular burger is $10.99 plus $1.50 for a slice of cheese and $2.50 for bacon which I also ordered on my burger only to find the smallest piece of bacon on the sandwich if of course I complained about and they took the bacon fee off, but like I stated I ordered a double cheeseburger, they charged be $15.00 for an extra ***** WTH is that to me it's called highway robbery and it's just not right. So I paid $260 that's with a 20% service charge and taxes for the following items 2 buckets of Modelo, 4, ****** lites, 5 shots, 4 Jager and ******** drinks, 1 order of potato skins, 1 order of wings (10), 1 buffalo mac and cheese, 1 grilled cheese and 1 bacon double cheeseburger. I'm sorry that's alot of money and still don't understand the 20% service charge how do you include this and then expect to get a tip on top of that.
