      I have sent 3 emails and chatted with representatives. Ive tried placing an order with ulta since Friday (4 days). First it showed that I needed to verify my cvv when I tried placing the order using my PayPal account. I was told to reach out to PayPal for help. I did and verified everything with them. I tried placing the order again and I received the same error. I tried using my PayPal debit card, and two other cards. All come back showing the same issue. I also tried deleting and redownloading the app, as well as using the Ulta website. Ive sent emails and no response. Hopefully I can get some sort of assistance by doing this because nothing else works. Bag ID **********

      Ulta **************** is dishonest and unprofessional. They promised a supervisor would call about missing items in my order, but they never called. I was never reimbursed or sent replacement items, but instead I was blocked after I escalated the item to PayPal after no response or resolution. Horrible customer service!

      I love the store and products. I have a huge problem with their credit card. You cannot cancel an order efficiently. I had fraudulent activity on my card. Someone changed my address 3 xs in two days. I called to report and they allowed it again and it was sent to an address in ********!!!! Terrible customer service regarding the credit card. I have been a longtime member. I am paying card and canceling. Sephora will get my business. Return policy is awful.

      -10 is my review. I cannot get a resolution to my issue. i cannot see YTD spent with Ulta and how much more i need to spend to get to the next level (diamond). I have spent days trying to get this issue resolved. i got an email today saying my account is linked,, however, when i tried it, it doesn't work. I uninstalled the app, re-installed it, shut off phone, turned back on and nothing has been resolved. i dont want to call in every time i want to see how close i am to the next level. i called ***** Services, totally useless as far as i am concerned because every time i talk to someone, they tell me they have to escalate to the next level but nothing still has not been resolved. I called corporate and no one ever answers the phone. i dont see how you stay in business with customer service like this. i need to be compensated for my inconvenience and trouble i am having with your company. Horrible customer service. You just get the run around with no resolution in sight.

      I have read many Ulta complaints and reviews so I know I will get a cookie-cutter response from their customer service after this review, with no resolution to the issue. Ulta uses several distribution or fast-fulfillment centers throughout the country to ship products to consumers so we potentially receive them quicker when not picking up items from the store. However, I placed 2 separate orders, days apart from one another, and when the boxes arrived they did not contain what I originally ordered. Ulta says they will reship one of my missing items because it was under a certain dollar amount and wouldn't have to internally investigate it. However, I ordered a 5 ounce bottle of ***** cologne as a gift for Father's *** which cost $200+ and it wasn't contained in the box that the packing slip says it was in. This ***** cologne never arrived and I guarantee Ulta will say that it was shipped from their distribution or fulfillment center and they have confirmed this to be true. After several emails, phone calls, etc. asking for Ulta's proof that the cologne was shipped, the only response I have received is this: "After partnering with our fulfillment teams, we were able to confirm that the package left our distribution center the expected weight when all items are included. With this confirmation, we are not able to reship / refund your package. We thank you for your understanding." Yet, I ask for proof of what the weight of the packages were when they left the fulfillment center and they don't have any documentation of this they can provide. How does a consumer protect themselves against a situation where someone within Ulta's fulfillment centers are stealing products from customers who have paid for them, if they don't video record from the time packages are dropped to the time they are opened to ensure all contents are there? There is enough evidence being posted on other platforms with this same complaint and consumers say Ulta will not resolve. I'll bet the same.

      On June 1, 2024, I had placed an order for multiple items and I received an email on June 2, 2024, with a tracking number shipped from **** I was shown an estimate delivery date for June 10, 2024, but there was no movement and I contacted ULta customer support, I was asked to wait till June 10, and I had told them I am traveling so I need it by that certain date, and I was assured that it would be delivered during that time frame. Then I get an email through a supervisor the next day stating it was delivered on June 6. I tracked it and mine still showed awaiting carrier pickup, I have all my email proof as well as tracking. I was then sent a picture saying it was delivered by UDS not through **** Today is June 13 and on June 7 I was told an operations leader will send me an email with an update, but I didn't hear anything back and I emailed the June 13 and I was told they can't do anything because it was delivered by UDS and NOT **** Now neither do I have the package and I did ask my condo management, but they don't have it nor was it left inside an amazon hub. The total amount was ******. I am at a loss because of their issue. They want me to be liable for something they did. How was I supposed to know UDS delivered on specific day when I was given *** information. I have all the proof needed as well. I need help getting my money back now. NO more ULTA for me. Thanks!

      The statement was sent to the old address, so I had forgotten the cutoff time since I did not receive the bill. They never accepted that it was not my fault the statement was sent to the old address and refused to reverse the late fee. Please note, the cut off time was missed by half an hour not even an hour. This was not fair, and I would not do business with them anymore.

      FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! We purchased Dashing Diva Glaze products based on in store signage (later confirmed on the website) for a gift with purchase on 6/9/2024. After purchasing, we asked about the free gift. At that point, the cashier informed me that the store never received the free gift. So they did not have the free gift they were promoting in the store. I reached out through chat and was told to contact the store. The chat agent then ended the chat before I finished responding. The email to the corporate office was ignored. The store should have covered the signs or removed them, since they never received the gift. This does not fall under "while supplies last" because the store NEVER had the supply to give out. I do not know why Ulta thinks these are appropriate business practices, but they are not. Do not trust them.

      I received Salon services on 6/7 at the Ulta on ***************************, store #***. I am a regular customer and my services were done by my regular stylist. I asked for a cut and highlights with olaplex which I have done many times. My appointment took no longer than normal. I loved the results; my stylist is talented. *******, the salon manager, helped the stylist print the ticket in the salon. Then the salon manager took me to the register to check me out. I was charged for full highlights, accent highlights, olaplex, and a hair cut. After tipping 20%, my total came to $405. This is way higher than I normally pay. I was shocked but I paid and left. I am not a person that ever complains about anything and it is difficult for me to speak up. I left the store feeling taken advantage of and it really was bothering me. After thinking about it for a couple days, I worked up my nerve to go back to the store and have a conversation with the manager. The same salon manager who ran my ticket and checked me out was the person who I was referred to speak with when I returned to the store today. I explained to her that I did not think that I should be charged for full highlights which in the description says a full head of highlights and accent highlights. She said that a full highlight is only 34 foils and that my stylist did more. I said that was never told to me and if I knew that I would be charged $92 for more than that I would not have agreed and I did not ask for more than 34 foils. I said I would like the stylist to keep the extra tip but I would like to be refunded $92. She said she would have to consult her stylist before she could do anything. So for a second time, I left the store feeling upset, hurt, and unresolved. I now think the salon manager knew she was padding the bill in the first place. She could have quickly resolved this today but she did not. I am unsure how this matter will be resolved but I am very unhappy about this experience.

      FALSE ADVERTISING When I googled a hair styler it showed on ****** that it was on sale for $*****. When clicked on it takes you to Ulta website and shows the same price at *****. Add it to the bag and its $80. I tried the chat with the company, it wasn't working. I called and was told the sale expired. I said it is still showing on ******. The man said they would not honor the price and hung up on my. I tried to call back hoping for a different person but was hung up on before anyone answered. I will never shop at Ulta again. This was the wrost customer service experience I have ever had. For such a large company to use false advertising and a bait and switch is unacceptable. Unfair Business Practices
