This occurred December 27, 2023 At *********** in ********* #1 around 2215 hours. TSA officer ******* needed to check my carry one bag. When she grabbed my bag off of the conveyor belt, she bumped into the corner of a table and it ripped my bag. After she was done going through my belongings, I told her what she did, she accepted blame and told a supervisor. The supervisor on duty was TSA Officer ************************ The supervisor gave me the information to file a claim, which I did. Its been 4 months and the claim seemed to have been swept under the rug. They do not answer the phone, and Ive sent emails every day for weeks. Ive been ignored. Ive submitted documentation and they took responsibility but have since ignored my emails for nearly a month. All of the documents I was required to submit, I completed. But no payment
