Yes I have a unused gift card for iPics and received an email asking asking me if I would like my card refunded since they closed the locations in my state. I replied yes and submitted my information. After a few weeks they replied asking me for more info and the pin to the giftcard which I have them. I have been trying to contact them regarding my refund status with no luck. I have emailed them multiple times since you cant call and have not heard back from them.Initial Complaint

I have reached out to iPic by submitting my Refund Request through their website as it states (see below) 3 times now. After 3 attempts, no one has called or emailed me back. I have three gift cards I need refunds for. ******************- **** *******************- **** *******************- **** There is no general customer service phone number, only individual locations. I did call the ******* location this AM and left a message on ext. ****. I am hoping you can help me get a refund for these, as their site states since they closed down the ******** locations. ~~~~~~~~~ Can I receive a refund for an IPIC gift card?Yes, for guests who's local ************ is our *********** or **************** location. In order for ** to refund the balance left on the card, please visit the Refund Request page on our website and fill out the form by December 20, 2022 with your gift card number. Otherwise, your card will remain valid at our other existing locations.Initial Complaint

iPIC closed its does in December 2021. Their website indicated due to the closure we may submit a form online to cash in unused gift cards. I have now reached to iPIC via their website four times between January through today February 17th. Each time I waited the 5-7 days as the site indicated and still no one reached back to me nor did I get my refund. I am now sitting with three iPIC gift cards totaling $222 and nowhere to use them. I would like a response from the business and my $222 owed to me.
