              I contacted Arrow shed about 2 weeks after my wife purchased one for me. We had a storm with 35 mile and hour winds and the shed buckled and blew over, I contacted arrow and asked what the wind rating was on their sheds. I was told they don't have a rating and explained what happened. I was told they would be happy to sell me replacement parts. I would never build any Arrow product again, the biggest waste of money ever.

              we bought a 10x12 shed model number ******* **** a lot of parts were missing, we called arrow It took about an hour for them to answer my call. told them about the missing parts, they sent us the missing parts and still was missing a lot of parts "twice". the number in the parts don't match the number in the booklet. very frustrating, waste of time trying to build the shed.
