To whom it may concern,
On March 31st, 2023 around 6:30PM you called us to your home due to an emergency situation where your basement had flooded. We arrived to your home around 7:45PM and started to document the damages. Prior to starting any work our project manager presented to you an ****************** authorization" which is signed and dated by you (*****************************) on 3/31/2023. This contract very clearly states the scope of work to be performed, how the work will be billed, and the due date of the payment. We then proceeded to perform the work outlined in the contract. On March 31st, 2023 we had multiple technicians work in your home until midnight to extract water, tear out baseboards, clean, set up drying equipment, and other services outlined in the scope of work. From there we monitored the drying progress daily and eventually had two technicians pick up all drying equipment on April 3rd, 2023. When the job was done we presented you with a line by line bill. To date we have not been paid anything for the services provided to you. We have followed up multiple times and you have not responded to any of our calls, emails, or texts. We posted a final notice on your door that said "Last Notice. Please call to make payment" which is not threatening.
