on 10/9/2020 we purchased a Trane Heat Pump with an 10/12 year extended warranty with ******** **** In April of 21 we went to turn on our air and it wouldn't work. A rat had ate a wire and they came out to fix it, The bill was paid in May (accused of not paying for it. check no 1824 dated app 5/21/21) We paid for a summer/winter maintenance program last year check 1867 (along with some other work). Last summer we had an issue with a water *********** ended up saying that is part of the maintenance n didn't charge us. In Nov of 23 the unit wouldn't turn on. they came out to fix in and it happened again a few weeks later. The third time they told my husband how to reset it . It ended up being an corroded wire. When i called to see when the tech was coming, i was screamed at by the owner saying it was a bad wire because a rat had ate it. he upset me so much i had tears. some could have been from being so mad. On Mar 13th i got ahold of him after leaving many messages for both him and his wife to call me (also saying i was calling trane to report if they wouldn't call me back). He screamed at me once again saying i was the worst customer ever. i had a rat problem n didn't take of it and that was the problem with the wire. I wanted him to switch the winter maintenance to summer since it was late and they never did it. i would like my money back for the work they didin't do, His employee is the only reason that company is still in business. They are great till you need them to fix something we paid for the warranty and expected to get our service without being yelled at and told i was the worst customer ever.
