      If I were the manager in charge, I would make SURE the correct department got this complaint, instead of dismissing the responsibility of my error and ignorance of my gross negligence.

      I purchased a Bosch dishwasher for $1200 on 9/2020. This product broke down last week 5/2024 and I got a Bosch authorized service technician to come and evaluate as per their recommendation. They say the cost to repair it is $800 plus the service call fee of $165. Bosch has offered to pay for 50% of the parts for the repair, which will amount to about $200 of the total. I asked them to cover the entire repair since this is an expensive unit and is not even 4 years old and now requires major repair work. They declined.

      Purchased a fridge in September 23, it stopped working in March. Round and round with repairs and different diagnostics- no fix for months- we bought a new one because we needed to have a fridge. Literally the exact same fridge, we had the same model before (previous home) and loved it - but now this new one (#3) is leaking water.Bosch doesnt care! 2 of 3 refrigerators are lemons. Weeks to get someone even out to look at it! Once again we have a broken $3.5k fridge in the garage that no one can explain and Bosch wont do anything about it it cools now? but didnt for months with no lights.. and had dents galore from the repairs, and now ANOTHER that is leaking water We have a toddler , Im pregnant and we are trying to move. I feel helpless and broke from this. I want ONE fridge that works. Both fridge ids are attached

      I bought my dishwasher from ********** on 8/16/23. In February ****, it was giving me an error code regarding a hose. Then a second error code regarding a heat pump/standing water. I contacted Bosch multiple times to get a repairman because it is still under warranty. They stated they didn't have repairmen in our area and we'd have to get a service that would charge a fee to come. After many phone calls, Hometown appliance out of ********** was approved, but they can't come until the middle of March. Almost a month without a dishwasher when I bought it new and it shouldn't have issues. I asked to simply return the product because it is no longer working after being only 6 months old and it has been a terrible hassle to get someone out here to confirm it doesn't work. They will not return it although it is still under warranty. I just want a working dishwasher to continue a normal routine for my large family.

      Bought a Bosch dishwasher on Lowes website and it said Up to $1000 rebate plus an additional rebate for the installation costs. purchased because of these rebate offers. tried to fill out the rebate application online, only to be repeatedly told by the website that the online application could not be completed. called Lowes. They said call Bosch. Bosch said call Bosch rebates. Bosch rebates said they needed a confirmation # from the online application in order to look up the application. I said it wont let me complete the online application, thats why I am calling you for help. She said to call ***** back. We called Lowes back. They said it was a Bosch rebate, not a Lowes rebate, and the rebate should go through once we received the dishwasher and entered the serial number. received the dishwasher 1/17/24. was installed same day. tried dozens of times with the serial # to submit the online application but were repeatedly told by the website that the application could not be completed. after at least 40 attempts we are still unsuccessful. have also called Lowes 4 times, called Bosch and Bosch rebates multiple times. ***** says call Bosch, Bosch says call Lowes. NO help. No rebate. finally went to the Lowes website and clicked on the option to submit the application by mail, since submitting it online was not working. When I clicked the option to submit by mail, an application form came up that said in order to get the rebate, MULTIPLE BOSCH APPLIANCES HAD TO BE PURCHASED. In 2 months and dozens of attempts to submit the online application, and multiple conversations with Lowes, Bosch, and Bosch rebates, NOT A SINGLE TIME DID ANYTHING ONLINE OR ANY OF THE PEOPLE WE SPOKE TO ON THE ***** SAY MULTIPLE APPLIANCES HAD TO BE PURCHASED. 1st time I found that was when I clicked on the link to submit the application by mail since we couldnt get the online application to work. MISLEADING, advertising!

      This is the email that I sent to Bosch originally. At the bottom is a pdf of screenshots and documentation of their (and Lowes) false and misleading advertising. The only contact I have received from Bosch was a response to my email, not the BBB complaint. The original rebate advertisement was for up to $1,000 off the Bosch dishwasher purchase. After two months of frustration and multiple phone calls, emails, and complaint letters, Bosch offered me a $75 rebate and no commitment to future clarity/transparency in their rebate advertising. I am not satisfied with this response from Bosch.

      I have called your customer service for part# - ******** - they said it's discontinued.What are we supposed to do? The fridge B26FT is only 5 yrs old, now we can't use the water filter or make ice because we had to turn the water off. If we leave the filter in it makes a loud noise randomly.

      I wanted to raise a concern with my Bosch vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner has not been used for a long time but I am seeing issues with it. This was purchased few years back and is out of warranty but i have not used it for more then 10 days.As a loyal customer for ********************** using several of their products I expect the machine to have worked much better then it is now. The machine is not able to charge and I reached to customer support but they asked me contact Bosch nearby ******** and I have tried many times and it has not worked as no one picks the call or I am just left to wait.Looking to get this fixed or replaced if possible.       I have a relatively new slide-in range. Most recently I used the self-cleaning component of the oven. It is now not functioning. The appliance repair-person that came out said that the self-cleaning component burned up a part, and that this is a common problem.If this is a constant problem and issue why not correct it or warn the consumer? I am now having to deal with an expensive repair ($500-600) which hopefully will get completed before Thanksgiving. This is really unacceptable.

      I am reaching out to you in an effort to obtain resolution to a pending repair, or replacement, of a Bosch refrigerator B26FT5OSNS/03, currently under the Bosch ***************** Plan (Extended Warranty Agreement Number BSH-******-1) which is valid through March 19, 2023. The refrigerator started malfunctioning in July, 2022. We have contacted Bosch (Robert Bosch LLC, *******************************************************************************************************) to get it repaired in accordance with the Service Plan. However, and despite numerous calls, emails, and empty promises from Bosch and representatives, we have not been able to get our refrigerator repaired nor do we have a certain date by which it will be repaired or replaced. On July 19,2022, we requested a service call from Bosch and opened a claim (Claim No. ********) because the unit is freezing our foods in the refrigerator section. A service person was sent from Bosch and he determined that a specific part had to be replaced in order to fix the problem. Bosch communicated to us the part was out of stock and that the part would arrive in August, 2022. Then, in August, 2022, Bosch communicated to us that the part would not be available until September, 2022, only to later change that date to October 19, 2022. Bosch committed to changing the refrigerator if the part did not arrive by October, 2022. As of November 2, 2022, no one at Bosch can confirm the date of arrival of the part, nor the repair of the unit, and they are not fulfilling their promise to exchange the refrigerator as promised. Boschs ******************* stated that they needed to replace the refrigerator because the part was not going to be manufactured any time soon. However, no commitment, nor a specific date was offered for this exchange. Bosch has not honored their commitments nor their extended warranty obligations. Thank you for your assistance to resolve this matter.
