October 2020 Hired Arrow Building Centers/dba US LBM Holdings out of ********* ** in to design our residential post frame home. February 24th, 2021 Broke ground, *** hired ************** ************************* to build our home. ***** did not provide them with any direction. March 13, 2021 noticed the windows, doors, sliding glass doors, etc. were not installed correctly - they were not wrapped. March 19th, 2021, Advised the windows were done and correct. Went to property to confirm, they were not. ********************* with *** said he made the decision to not do anything under the porch. We said you need to follow manufacturers install. March 26th, 2021, Advised us the windows for the ***** end were the incorrect size, need to order, we are now out 6 plus months. April 5th, 2021 Filed ** Right to Cure. Aug 2021, filed a complaint with ********* **********************************************, (DSPS) ******** of ***** Services and Compliance. They accepted our claim and assigned us an investigator. April 9th, *******************, GM of *** met at the property. **** said nothing was wrong, ***** was on backwards, two bedroom windows not correct size. April 2021 to present - Complete interior of home. May 14th, ************************* to correct defective work. Nov *********************************************** Architect provided a report of all damages within home. Feb 2022 - *** put lien on home - did not correct work as of yet. June29th, 2022, SBI started. Removal/reinstall windows, doors, sliding glass doors. July 11th, removal of roof - they did not install ************ Roof is 22ft. at the peak, with 14ft. sidewalls. We advised rain in forcast. They still came. Project mgr fell off roof, OSB open, they installed *********** on roof. Damaging our roof. They are refusing to cover our roof. We had to retain an engineer, home will not pass for COO, trusses not correct, is not structurally sound. DSPS investigated *** has 44 pages - violations/documentation. Home value $645, needs to be tore down and rebuilt.
