            ************************* and his company, *********** remodeled our master bathroom in 2019 and weve been having issues with the quality of his contractors work ever since: Crooked tiles, badly applied sealers, cracked walls, etc. But to top it all, in the beginning of August, 2022 we noticed the leak in the ceiling downstairs. When the contractor we hired opened the ceiling and investigated the problem, he discovered that during the bathroom remodeling **** Co contractors had not properly welded copper water pipe connection in the bathroom wall which caused a continuous leak and, over time, the damage to the supporting beam of the house. We provided the pictures of the water leak and the damage it did to the supporting beam. We also provided the invoice for the work done to fix the problem. However, **** refused to take responsibility when we asked him to reimburse us for the repairs that had been caused by his contractors negligence. We ended up paying over $2k to have everything fixed, including the reinforcement of the beam. We ask again that *********** reimburses us for the repairs.

            We had **** come out for our bathroom - he actually just left, and I felt the need to review. His team did such amazing work on our guest bathroom, which was a job that I know was difficult. We hired him based off a recommendation of a good friend, and we are so thankful we did. Aside from being extremely personable, he did fabulous work - super clean and very reasonable and fair. He is a really good guy - not someone who is going to run out on a job. He really went above and beyond and definitely puts the customer's satisfaction first. He is totally reliable. Our bathroom looks gorgeous. We are so happy - we keep standing in it! 5+ starts all the way! Thanks ****!!!
