Seriously the best watch and jewelry store I've shopped at in the last 10 years. The team is really knowledgeable and has a clear passion for the products they carry. The folks selling watches are watch enthusiasts and the same is true of the jewelry. Buying a nice timepiece or a piece of jewelry is an emotional experience in addition to the financial aspect, and I've felt that the team has been very aware of this in all of our transactions. I've sent my father in for some watch repair and while I'm not huge spender, they treated him like he was the father of a celebrity or very high-spending customer. There is seriously no better place to shop pre-owned watches, new watches or beautiful jewelry in the Chicagoland area. Would give them 6 stars if it was an option. 

I purchased a used watch from Burdeens. After I left their store I actually wanted to upgrade to a Grand Seiko. I bring it home and my fiance was furious. I never even open the box or sized the watch. It's still the exact condition it left in the store. I called Burdeens and ask if I can exchange back to the original used tag ***** and ******** was extremely rude and condescending. I've purchased omega, and other watches from them, but this is the absolute worse experiance of buying watch from Burdeens. I asked them for 1 request to keep my fiance happy and they lost a customer for life I called ******** again and she wouldn't even answer and passed me off to ***** the sales manager. He said he'll ask the ** but most likely they won't do anything about it. The sales manager ***** is extremely rude acting like I'm doing him a favor buying watches for him. Between my boss, my manager and I, we've bought 13 watches from this store., but we will take our business elsewhere.
