I sent an amplifier for repair. It took several months to complete the repair which was acceptable considering it was during the ******19 lockdown. When the Eden ******** 550 amplifier arrived by mail the amplifier wasn't performing to specifications. I sent ** Music Corp an email with a video demonstration of the failing amplifier. ** Music Corp issued a **** return label. Several days passed and I received a call from their technician ***** who was calling from ***********, he insisted "this is how the amplifier functions and stated it was indeed repaired." The amp was returned to me and I began to email with *********************. ***** also insisted the amp was repaired and tried to persuade me in thinking I was using the wrong speaker (an 8ohm 12" Greenback). Because of lockdown I had no way to test it on what ***** said, "was an official bass guitar speaker." When I was able to test the amp on other speaker he amp failed. I've been trying to contact ***** by email and phone without a reply.
