      Like the 1st 2 responses I read is exactly what I'm going thru. I place an order on the 1st of the month on the 3rd I received a tracking number and it says item received pending. And blah, blah.blaf from the company. Itsbon it's way, oh something happened with the shipper, but it's on its way. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you, for your patience, we assure you that your order is on its way. Thank you for your patience, we have started an investigation as to why you have not received your order, but it's on its way. Its at its final mile and I should be receiving it soon. We assure you that you will receive a full refund and thank you, for your patience. Sorry the tracking number hasn't been updated, but we reassure you that it's on its way and thank you, for your patience. I have filed a claim with my bank. Any legit business would've try to make it right one way or another. Anyone else going thru this, if so post it on social business... unfortunately I cannot, matter of personal security... DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are other companies, also pay attention to the logo. If they look similar then they are probably one in the same. I saw a similar logo and it said that it was from ******** as this site said. Logos almost identical...

      This place is a scam! BEWARE!! I placed an order a month ago and have still not received my items. I have repeatedly sent emails, but all I get back are automated messages.From the looks of it, I'm definitely not the only one...this company needs to be shut down immediately before any others get scammed! I'm sure this company has STOLEN a ridiculous amount of money from people and needs to be prosecuted!!1 star is because I had too!

      Avoid. Placed a small order at the start of March with the order stuck in pending to this day. I reached out recently as I had forgotten I ordered it until going through my emails. I reached out for an update and was told there was a technical issue with their shipper so tracking wasn't updating. Fine it happens, I then see an automated email from vaping.com stating it was on the way. I asked in response when it would arrive if they can see that it is indeed in transit only response being they were working hard to obtain the information. Seems to be a lack of accountability and honestly questioning the legitimacy of the business.

      I placed an order and it never arrived. They provided me with some weird "tracking site" (not ***************** dhl) and the package never moved or shipped at all. Their customer service was useless and I'm filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

      This place is a total scam. I picked out what I wanted then went to checkout and it showed me the total which was $99.93. Then I checkout and get a confirmation email and to my surprise it was $179.11. I was like what just happened? Well it only showed that it skipped from one price to the next not even showing how or what it was for. So after inquring I find that they had charged my card and extra $72.00 for some state vape tax which they dont even tell you about nor show you when checking out. Not to mention This is the 1st site out of 5 that I have used that has ever done this . then I get an age verification from ************ stating the shipment cannot be processed until the age is verified . that was never done I put in a cancellation exactly 6 minutes agter i saw the mistake in the amount charged that was on the 25th of nov on the 27th which was sunday *** from vaping.com emailed me stating he sent a request to the warehouse to cancel the order. Well guess what, 2 days later on the 29th , today it now says shipped. it hasnt went anywhere nor could it be shipped as I was informed without the age verification they would and could not ship it. I reported it to my bank and will be disputing the charges as this is total fraud. you cannot sell something to someone and show a total price and then just add charges without the customer knowing in advance. Stay away from this company at all costs its not worth the trouble.

      It's been almost 3 weeks and I am still getting the runaround from customer support. Lie after lie about why my order hadn't been sent, put offs for another day, that they would "watch carefully" until it was delivered. The last straw (and lie) was a supposed date my order would arrive, it didn't, and their site (as well as the tracking site) says still waiting to ship. I have to go to my bank to dispute the purchase, as they repeatedly refused to cancel my order. I would never order from this company again.

      Run around, clever wording, no accountability and no customer service. In every shipping update i received it was stated to allow up to 15 days for delivery. Well, that is circular and can go on forever, but Vaping.com relied on that heavily to make me feel crazy and like I was wrong. My package took 14 days to get within 1 hour of my home, and has now been 'out for delivery' for 4 days now. Vaping.com will not refund my money. Route, the free insurance they brag about, even though I paid over $14 usd for 'shipping' on a $16 purchase, has not reviewed a single one of my claims. This website is horrible and at this point Im rather sure it is a scam and I am now out the $30. I will be making sure to report this website as fraudulent anywhere I can to make sure nobody else gives them free money like I did.

      I've been ordering with vaping.com for almost a year. Although the quality of products is up there, the shipping and complaint departments have some work to do. I made an order back in January of this year. The order was delayed and ended up having an attempted delivery while I was out of town on vacation. There was a note left on my door to email the shipping company. I did, promptly. I never received a response. I've reached out to vaping.com and route to either obtain my shipment or to get my money back. Both companies always refer me to the other. The lack of accountability, transparency, and mishandling of my products/money has made it clear to me that this company is not trustworthy enough to have my business. I should be able to obtain my money for services not rendered, but it appears that as long as they toss you over to the shipping/insuring company enough times that you will eventually give up and allow vaping.com to keep the profit.
