9/26/2022 I called pacific heating and cooling for a tune up and they told me it would be 150 dollars if I paid over the phone at that moment otherwise it would be 300 if I paid the technician so I paid at that moment so I would get the better deal. They told me they had someone available the same day and he could be there between 11am and 2pm so I agree to the time then they call me back and said they couldn't make it and they need to reschedule, that was Friday so they rescheduled for the following Monday at the same time between 11am and 2pm so I agreed again, on Monday the technician shows up 2 hours after the scheduled time at 4pm he takes 2 minutes to look at the furnace and tells me it'll be 160 dollars to do the work, I told him I already paid them the ******************************************************************* no that was for a membership not for the work, they never mentioned to me a membership so I called the office and explained everything and the lady tells me she doesn't know what the big deal is that I'm still getting a good price, so now I'm out 150 dollars for a technician to look at my furnace for 2 minutes and no tune up on my furnace
