I hired Premier 1 Construction, *********************, to replace our windows in June 2023. *** had installed the siding our house previously as well as our patio door and two other windows. During the installation of the new windows a piece of our siding was damaged as well as a piece of flashing. When I brought this to ***'s attention, after paying the balance of what we owed for the job, he assured me that when he returned the following week to clean up a couple of spots on the house he would repair those. Two weeks went by and he did not return back to the house. I followed up with him through text, and he replied again that once his worker returned back from out of town it would be addressed. Another month went by and still he did not return back out to repair the damage that was done during the installation of the windows. I reached back out and again he told me that his worker was out of the country, but it would be addressed as soon as he returned. That was on Tuesday, August 8th, it is now Thursday August 28th. I have tried again to reach out to him via text and phone call and he is not responding back to me. Between the siding and the windows, we have spent close to $35,000 ($18,000 siding, $6,000 patio door and windows, $11,000 windows) with this company and I am concerned that if the two damaged areas are not addressed, there will be major problems with the material that has been installed. Hoping the BBB can help me get this problem resolved with *** and Premier 1 Construction.
