On January 14, 2022 my credit card statement showed an unknown $4.95 charge to AMS Financial Coaching, and then on January 22, 2022 we received an undated 1st class **** letter from Financial Success Coach Network as being a "letter for information on your 14 day trial and order confirmation". It further indicated a charge of $59.95 to my **** card starting at the end of the 14 day trial period on January 27, 2022.On or about January 20, 2022 we noticed the January 14, 2022 charge on our **** statement and started tracking down who this was. We discovered AMF Financial Coaching was actually Financial Success Coach Network and found a website with that name with a phone number to call and at a location of **********************************************************************. I called and talked to a representative to cancel this unknown charge. She was unable to locate my account and said it took 48 hours for accounts to appear on her system. The charge was already 6 days old. I told her it was our intent to cancel the unknown charge.Not getting satisfaction from this January 20, 2022 call, we immediately contacted our **** card bank and disputed the charge on the same day. They noted the charge as disputed and would investigate. At the same time we also cancelled the **** card account so no other charges could be made.Based on the correspondence received on January 22, 2022 from Financial Success Coach Network I called the telephone number in the letter, talked to the representative, complained about being unknowingly signed up for the service, and cancelled the service. We were given a reference number for the cancellation.Hopefully this rescinds the disputed previous $4.95 charge and prevents an upcoming $59.95 charge. We also notified the **** bank of a potential to dispute the $59.95 charge on the cancelled ****. I do not know how I was signed up for this service and find this financial services provider to be questionable.
