Family-owned business with a lot of heart. I reached out to get an opinion about my sump pump that was making way too much noise. Owner was extremely knowledgeable and provided thorough explanation for best fix. Reviewed pricing and I was very pleased. Was able to get sump pump fixed on the spot and was completed quickly. I will definitely be using LaCassa for any future plumbing problems. They are courteous and very professional - I highly recommend them.Review from Lino J

LaCassa Plumbing is the only plumbing business we will use so long as we are in their service area. ****** is the owner / head plumber, and ******* takes calls and schedules service. They are a small family owned business who do excellent work and provide excellent service. We've used them for several jobs. They've: fixed our water from our fridge, reinstalled a sump pump, installed a backup sump, rerouted a sump line, repaired a leaky exterior faucet, and cleaned the lines after a backup that caused flooding. Knowledgeable and actually cares about giving you the information and making an informed decision. ****** walked me through the timing on when I should have the sewer rodded and it was a longer timeline than recommended. They were punctual, timely, and down to earth; would recommend to anyone that needs urgent help or with routine maintenance.Review from Christina E.

I have used LaCassa Plumbing for years! I had a terrible water issue and they were there the same day to fix it. ****** is very professional and explained what happened and how. He told me how he would correct the issue so it doesn't occur again and estimated how long the repair would take. He worked fast and the space was very clean! Also, while fixing our plumbing issue he also noticed that I didn't have a Carbon-monoxide detector by my water heater which is a safety issue and installed one before he left. LaCassa Plumbing goes above and beyond for their customers! Such an amazing family run business!!
