I signed a contract with Your American Windows in October of 2021. They committed to install 10 windows for a total of $6,850 & I gave the sales rep *********************** a down payment of $3,000. He indicated there would be a delay with the shortage on parts but they would be in in the Spring. I followed up after not being contacted with any updates. I spoke with a staff named *** who indicated he was just reviewing accounts that were outstanding and he would call me back. That was in April and I called back today and the number is out of service with no forwarding number.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The phone number is not repaired and it is no longer in service. I called on Monday and Tuesday. I have also not received any communication from My American Windows.

Ordered a window on 10/26. Was told it would take **** weeks for it to arrive. I called in January to check on the status of the window(I am always the one making the contact, the company never calls me). Was told it would arrive on March 1(already pushed back from original date) and be installed on March 7th. I called to double check the installation date, it was confirmed so I removed the interior wall of my kitchen for preparation of installation. No call or show for installation on March 7th. Called on the 9th and spoke with **** the manager who said he would expedite the delivery of the window(so it was not even delivered yet). On April 12 **** told me he physically saw the window come off the truck and would call me the next day about an installation date. I have not heard from him or anyone else since that date. I have called, along with my wife 27 times and no one picks up a call, it goes straight to voice mail. My wife has stopped by the company 3 times and the doors are locked with no one in the building. I have paid 50 percent of the total cost and it has been a total of 6 months dealing with this company. I need help and answers and should not have to work this hard to get them answered.
