            On April 19 and 20 of 2024 I arrived the room was disgusting. I took pictures. The room had not been vacuumed the sheets were stained the walls hadn't been cleaned in forever it appeared. The bathroom floors were grotesque. The blow dryer was filthy. The hole in the Wall was filled with a paper baggie. The list goes on and on. The staff was rude. They claimed part of the amenities was room service when I asked them to bring food and drinks purchased from them thru told me I had to come they were less than accommodating. I had to pay out another $25 because they said the room was different even though the night before they said I would not need to pay extra. They never provided me with a receipt but they made me sign documentation to stay

            This infested place should be torn down. The ******* health depth needs to visit ASAP!!! Reserved this Day's Inn in Calumet Ill.over the weekend. When we arrived the rooms smelled horrible, dirty blanket on the bed. One of the bed had blood stains. The bathroom was unusable, the handles on the shower/tub had black mold all around. There was visable signs of problems with rotten. We could not take sock.off. ******* tried to open the door during the night. I told the front desk guy I needed a refund.Then I then left and took my grands to another hotel.(which cost more money). When I returned to talk to management I was given the run around. I prepaid $502.00 plus a $25.00 to this Day's Inn.in Calumet Park I'll.and I feel I am due a refund because I couldn't use the hotel due to the lack of cleanliness.I give this 0 stars. Hope it's torn down soon. Prostitution is all over the place.
