      On April 19 and 20 of 2024 I arrived the room was disgusting. I took pictures. The room had not been vacuumed the sheets were stained the walls hadn't been cleaned in forever it appeared. The bathroom floors were grotesque. The blow dryer was filthy. The hole in the Wall was filled with a paper baggie. The list goes on and on. The staff was rude. They claimed part of the amenities was room service when I asked them to bring food and drinks purchased from them thru told me I had to come they were less than accommodating. I had to pay out another $25 because they said the room was different even though the night before they said I would not need to pay extra. They never provided me with a receipt but they made me sign documentation to stay

      I checked in this days inn hotel 04/06/24 about 9-10pm I booked a none smoking king room and the room was very unkept very dirty and cigarette stains and smoke smell very bad in the room . Butts under the mattress when searching for bed bugs I asked for my room to be changed they denied me this I have asthma and it was hard to breath in that room. I left the following morning did not want to stay and didnt receive my refund for the extra night I booked through the Wyndham app

      We booked a room for through Days inn by whydham calumet park. We booked for 5 nights 10/05/2023-10/10/2023, and called before booking asking if we had to check out early, would there be a refund. They replied yes so we booked. unfortunately had to check out 2 days early. At checkout, we were told if we paid with credit card, we would be reimbursed immediately, but since we paid with cash we had to contact manager which we made several attempts by phone and e-mail no response. I spoke to se real employees who told me the manager wasnt there, he was in a meeting, took my phone number and would have him call me. They would tell a different time the manager would be back and Id call to hear another excuse. No one could explain why the receipt stated I paid $620.60 and there was a credit for $243.60 which was due back, but then the days inn by whydham put $243.60 under other which was never reimbursed, no response to multiple calls or emails for explanation. The money disappeared and would like an explanation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As I stated, I tried to communicate with the hotel directly and they will not respond. I would assume there is some responsibility that they must uphold by being honest and not stealing from customers.

      Arrival at the days inn on July 2nd, 2023, for a two-day stay the appearance of the hotel projects transit. This hotel is under new ownership the individuals who are managing communication was nil and the manager was never available to resolve my compliant.I was given a room on the third flood, upon exiting the elevator the hall was filled with blunt smoke. The bathroom toilet seat was embedded black grim, the chair in the room was visually soiled with a putrid matter. There was visible blood stains on several items in the room. When I turn back the covers on the bed there were blood stains on the sheets. NO one wants to sleep on another individuals blood. This is unacceptable, this hotel cleaning preferences are offensive. I tired numerous times to resolve this matter to no avail. The hotel representatives were unresponsive. This hotel is not sanitary for humans. Return my money

      January 2,2022 I checked in at the days in hotel, when I woke up I looked in the bathroom mirror because I was feeling a burning sensation on my buttocks on the right side I had big bed bug bites on me ! I immediately called and told the front desk representative *** what happened and my proof of video and also the security guard ****. *** tried to put me in another room but why would I want to stay and I lit just got eaten up by bed bugs. I checked out at 3:38 am *** told me to come back at 9am for my refund thats when the manager will be in. January 3rd I came back at 9:16am I was waiting on the manager for an hour she didnt want to come down the girl that was at the front desk was emailing and calling her informing her that I was there n wanted to receive my refund. She told me she inspected the room and didnt see anything and that I ate fish and thats what broke me out this lady doesnt even know meAlso I didnt have fish I had crab and shrimp but that doesnt matter because how can you just tell someone what theyre allergic to. A lot happened I even called the police I have proof of that as well the officer told me that those hotels over there are filthy someone even called about a rat bite. He tried to get me a refund the lady refused I got the corporate number and he told me to call them and also leave this review and take legal civil action and tell my friends and other people to not ever come their.
