On February 13, 2024 I placed an order for a Valentines Day sweetheart platter ($79.99) and a Balloon Bundles: Valentines Day Bundle ($18.00). On Valentines Day February 14th, the Valentines Day sweetheart platter was delivered but I did not receive the Balloon Bundles: Valentines Day Bundle. I called the store several times and left messages but no one has contacted me. I tried to call Edible Arrangements corporate number but it does not work. On Saturday, February 17th, I drove to the store to address this issue in person and the store is not open. When it is scheduled to be open today. I would like to be refunded for the $18 I paid for the balloons I did not receive and $19.99 delivery charge plus tax because I had to drive to the store and it is not open. There was an order put in at this company Edible Arrangement at ***** **************. ************************************ from a friend with an receipt telling me it was delivered at the post office on June 8,2022. On June 9, 2022 I went to the post office not knowing what the gift was for it was a surprise . I show the person who works in the office a screen shot of the order sent to me **** post office let me know they do not take orders from Edible Arrangement at any post office. I left and drove to Edible Arrangement , I were in there system and was told it was delivered at the post office . I need to file fraud for I didn't get my surprise gift ****y only gave me a piece of paper showing my order with this company. My order number is W0106-450819-1-1 . I also had help from the post office who took the time out and call the headquarters of Edible Arrangement about this matter. I'm sending the order showing delivered on June 8,2022 .Also Sending today a paper given to me from by a employer at Edible Arrangement showing me a signature of a post office employer who sign off the order and took it at the post office on June 8,2022 . The employer at Edible insisted this is the post office signature. who took the order at the post office, I went back to the post office talk with the Supervisor at the post office The supervisor call all the employees who worked on June 8, 2022 . No one ever seen this company enter the post office on June 8, 2022. I was devastated between the two companies . I planned on getting an edible arrangement delivered on Mother's Day 5/8. They claimed it was delivered at 5:05pm on Sunday evening. I never received the delivery and called the store as well as head quarters to resolve the issue. When calling the actual store I was sent straight to voicemail. As of 05/11 , I still have not heard from this store. When speaking to headquarters I was told that a case would be open to figure out what happened to my order. The case reference number being *******. It is now Wednesday and I still have not received any contact and I also called to specific store today and got sent straight to voicemail. This whole situation spoiled my Mother's Day celebration and is just plain ridiculous.Initial Complaint

8/13/2021 I ordered mini indulgence chocolate platter from edible arrangements with a get well soon balloon and a complimentary card for $50 including delivery and tax in ************ ********. Initially the items were supposed to be delivered. I received a call about 10 minutes after placing order online and was told I did not make the cut off time for same day delivery. I was given the option to pick up before 2:00 p.m. or have the item delivered next day I chose to pick up the item before 2:00 p.m. and the rep told me she would refund my delivery charge.I've tried to reach out to the business multiple times and no response I even emailed a customer service number still no reply. Very unhappy with the items I received. Fruit was half-dipped missing the card and the balloon. This was an item that was online ordered the picture looks totally different than what was delivered. I was very embarrassed when I received a text of what was delivered. All I want is a refund of money spent.
