I went to Wendys at 6:15pm on Tuesday November 08, 2022 at ******************************************************************** to pickup a mobile order. Upon arrival I was told the system was down and to just cancel my order since they could not give me the food. My order would not cancel and kept giving me an error. I waited on hold to speak with someone for 25 minutes between 2 phone calls. I dont have all day to sit on a phone. I tried online chat but it kept timing out. I tried emailing, ******** messaging, and texting. I have received no response and be unable to get ahold of anyone. I just want a refund for food I never received.

On May 27th I purchased a baconator breakfast sandwich at the ****************** at 412 rt 13 in ********** **. The drive up menu stated that the sandwich only was ****. When I was told the **** came to ****, I asked if there was almost **** in tax added to the ****. The worker told me the prices had gone up. When I told her it was illegal to post one price and charge a higher price, she gave me to the manager. When I told him about it, he confirmed the prices had gone up. I told him what they are doing is illegal, advertising one price, and in reality charging customers more. He said they we're "trying to get to it" in reference to posting the correct prices for their products. I drove by today, May 31st, and the menuboard still reflects the old cheaper prices. Wendys is stealing money through deception. I cannot believe that it is legal to list a price that is incorrect , hoping I guess, th at no one will notice. Even after I alerted the manager as to the overcharging, they have not corrected the problem. They are now KNOWINGLY posting false prices and seem to be okay with ripping people off. The real price of the sandwich I ordered was ****, not ****. I would not have bought it if I had known this. Things are tight for many people right now, and ******* should be ashamed that they have to resort to deceit and trickery to get people to buy their product.
