      Cake pops came melted there shipped with ice packs not dry ice. Sent photos and complained to company and there not taking the blame at all. They claim there was no need for dry ice since my area was not hot enough but didn't factor in the 100% humidity in my area then sent me a photo of cake pops in a box saying they were my cake pops before shipping meanwhile they were not even the cake pops I ordered and then told me if my cake pops were damaged I need to complain to the shipping company that it's not there fault but it is there fault they should of shipped it with dry ice and they won't make there mistake right. They shipped it and it took 2 days to get to me obviously it should of been shipped with dry ice it's food and perishable and should be shipped and packed correctly and they should correct there mistake. Don't order from here in the summer or if you live in a warm state unless you know for a fact there shipped correctly

      I place a Christmas order for 2 dozen cake pops on December 8th for delivery on december 23rd. I received an email after 7pm on december 21st telling me my order has been cancelled! Now I can't place another order in time with a different company. How hard would it have been to tell me sooner? So unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will not EVER do business again!!

      Terrible customer service! I had a confirmed order and it was NOT delivered as confirmed. It was ordered on Sept. 19 and was to be delivered on the 24th (as confirmed and paid for). No delivery on the 24th, no communication from the company, on the 25th in the afternoon still NO delivery or communication! My attempts to track my order failed as the phone system is faultywhen directed to press a specific number to track orders an error message comes on. This was true of ALL the numbers given to press. I emailed the company and finally heard back on the 26th. They informed me my order been cancelled as they need a two week lead time. This was NOT apparent ANYWHERE on my confirmation order nor did any kind of notification come up when I was ordering. They claimed to have sent a cancellation email but this was NOT true. After much angst with them and extremely unprofessional practices, I get a cancellation email, dated 9/26/23 (interesting timing)! They NEVER should have accepted or confirmed the order if they need a two week lead time, I wouldve understood that and wouldve gone elsewhere but for them to lead me on and cause me to believe that all was good and my grandsons birthday surprise would be delivered (a different state) is very unprofessional and unsavory practice, not to mention the inept phone system they have at up. They NEVER apologized, for anything, just blamed me for waiting until the last minute to order. Which was not the case as I ordered 5 days before the delivery date (which in most cases is ample time) plus they had all that time to contact me to advise that they couldnt fill the order but DID NOTit wasnt until I investigated did all this come up! SHAME ON THEM! Dont say you havent been warned..stay away!
