            Would not show up on our arranged day, left large bare patches on our lawn, extremely rude to deal with when calling in. Would never recommend anyone use this service

            Sorry you feel that way and feel the need to review false information. Your services were delayed due to 3 months of no payment, one homeowner requesting one date while another requesting another, and homeowner not responding to business. When the patches were made due to weather, the area was repaired within 16 hours free of charge but you fail to mention that. Reviewer also fails to mention areas repaired for free not caused by the company. Homeowner threatened the business and was hostile to office manager/additional owner to the point she did not feel safe and the company canceled remaining services with the property for the remainder of the season due to this incident and employees not feeling safe.
