On Thursday, 5 May 2022, I ordered flowers, balloon, ***************. for a Mothers Day gift, and asked that the delivery occur on 6 or 7 May. On 6 May this company, Weller the Florist, charged my account the $115.94 that I had agreed to. However, neither on 6 May nor on 7 May did they deliver anything. Today, 8 May, is a Sunday and the company does not open on Sunday. Therefore the *earliest* they could fix their error would be one day late. This is not what I agreed to, and more embarrassingly, my mother received nothing on Mothers Day, or the Friday and Saturday before it. This is unacceptable, and I require a full refund.
