            • Satisfaction Guarantee we provide a redo or reclean of any area of concern if reported to our office within 24hrs or one business day of the cleaning.  Redo or reclean of the area is usually schedule within 1 additional business day.  To obtain any sort of reimbursement of any area or areas of concern must be reviewed in person with Company management and visit within 1 business day of cleaning.  (We may accept photos with prior permission and arrangements.)  Reimbursement is rarely provided if redo or reclean of the area is refused or denied.
