Book a ******** trip. purchase insurance trip as well, trip was schedule for April 2020. before ************** happened. trip was cancelled for 3 years. my health declined rapidly. cancelled my trip, provided doctors documents to support my doctors advised not to travel. complied with all travel agent ************************* requests. First ******************** said all we need is ****** address to issue refund and now She is just giving me excuses about her boos (business owner not following/request credit card recites. ******************** is making it look like just because ***** paid *****, she would not be able to get her refund. It is very difficult to communicate with agency due to language barrier, Im 80 years old and not able to drive anymore. This travel agency took my money and i feel discriminate against my language, my age and my ability to file a complaint in person. Ms **** has been ignoring my desperate request to process my full refund. I HAVE TEXT ***************** FROM HER and more info if is needed.Customer response
