Upon reviewing the details of your stay, I understand that there were some aspects that fell short of your expectations, and I want to address each of your concerns with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Firstly, I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your initial check-in process and the subsequent room assignment. It is regrettable to hear that room 108 did not meet your preferences. Please know that our guests' comfort is of paramount importance to us, and I am pleased that we were able to promptly accommodate your request for a room change to room 122.
Regarding the concerns raised about the condition of the room and the presence of an unpleasant odor, please accept my sincerest apologies. We take great pride in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our accommodations, and I assure you that we have taken immediate steps to investigate and address these issues to prevent any recurrence in the future.
I would like to reassure you that all our rooms are designated as non-smoking, and we have rigorous protocols in place to ensure compliance with this policy. Our dedicated housekeeping team conducts thorough cleaning and disinfection of all rooms and common areas on a daily basis to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Regarding your request for a refund, I regret to inform you that our policy does not permit refunds in this particular circumstance. However, please rest assured that we are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring that your future stays with us exceed your expectations in every way possible.
