This cleaning company came to our home today. I asked them to clean an additional bedroom bathroom and we agreed on a price. I asked when they would be done and they said 1 hour-1 hour 15 minutes. When I walked back home an hour later, they had already left and they left the doors to our home unlocked. I noticed that they did not clean the additional room and bathroom as I had accidentally locked the room. When I called the company, they told me that they did not need to call home owners to let them know that they would be leaving early and leaving doors unlocked or to call and ask to open the extra room. The person on the phone did not try to come up with a resolution to the problem even though I did notice several issues of the people that were here. I noticed several other red flags such as arriving at the wrong time which meant they weren't respectful of my time and also parking in the wrong location and having me ask them to move their car. They also placed the recycling and trash in the wrong containers. Basically, their communication skills were nonexistent and it seems like this is a company that you have to sit and babysit them. It felt as if they took the check and ran without allowing me to check their work. I am seeking an apology and partial refund due to poor behavior by the workers.
