              SK exterior replace roof and siding with over $18,000 total amount. After replacing root, there has been water leak. I have repeatedly contacted ***** ***** and the staff at SK exterior, but nothing has been done to repair. There was one time a repair person came out to try to fix, but the problem still persists. The SK staff agreed that siding and roof needs to be re-done over that particular room, but no action has been taken. With winter season coming, I am very concerned that the snow on the roof will continue to damage the ceiling.

              I signed a contract with SK Exteriors in July 2022 for deck and siding work. It is the beginning of May 2023 and no action or dates for work have been proposed by them. The two emails received by two separate individuals (4/7/2023) and (4/18/2023) promised a response either "tomorrow morning" or "by the end of the day". They have not been true to their word. I was expecting this work to be complete fall of last year.
